Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours in advance with no fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrival Policy
A 15-minute grace period is provided for unforeseen delays. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be subject to the applicable no-show fee.
Clients arriving within the 15-minute grace period will have the lost time deducted from their scheduled service. The session will end at the originally booked time, and the full service fee will still apply.
